SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Sr. Recruiter is responsible for demonstrating knowledge, skill and leadership in recruitment by planning, coordinating and implementing recruitment strategies for assigned areas of responsibility to ensure the best fit candidate for the position is sourced, assessed and converted to hire to meet the needs of the organization. This includes focusing on the priority to provide an outstanding candidate experience to ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years’ experience sourcing candidates using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ultipro/UKG preferred).
Professionalism, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively verbally and in writing.
Strong Boolean searching skills; active recruiter who goes out and finds passive candidates.
