Bayer Motor Co Hiring for Receptionist/ Social Media Marketing Full Time

Our growing automotive group is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle customer-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our customers walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Social media knowledge is also critical in this position.

• Greet customers as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents

• Ability to create organized filing system
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
