We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join the Bayer ANZ team.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations and Benefits ANZ, you will provide value add advice to Bayer employees across the business.

As an integral member of the HR Operations Team this is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role to lead the business through a significant period of digital transformation and change. This role will be a permanent full-time contract, based ideally in Hawthorn East, Melbourne or Pymble, Sydney.

Your remit will include delivering HR advice and guidance to Bayer employees across Australia & New Zealand.

• Be the first HR point of contact for all ANZ employees and resolve employee queries and liaise with our specialist and HR Business Partnering team to deliver best in class people operations services and an exceptional employee experience.
• You will build capability through coaching and supporting the use of intuitive, and data driven HR tools and services.
• Be hungry to take on project work to drive and deliver our HR Strategy and Transformation deliverables for Bayer ANZ.

Does this sound like you?

• A customer centric mindset with strong commitment to driving continuous improvement and high levels of customer service
• Professional HR experience working within a large commercial environment.
• Pragmatic, able to resolve problems and trouble shoot independently and in a timely and accurate manner
• Experience working within or in partnership with a HR shared services function/BPO
• Deep understanding of Australian and NZ employment legislation, compensation practices, payroll, and immigration law
• Comfortable navigating systems and complex information in an agile and fast paced environment
