Position Summary :

This position is responsible for managing the digital marketing channels, from strategy to execution, for BayCoast Bank and its affiliates.

Responsibilities :

Supervises and maintains the organization’s websites, online, and mobile marketing channels. This position works with Information Technology, E-commerce, and external vendors to maintain and optimize the website to drive increased levels of qualified traffic and to improve usability.

Monitors and maintains the organization’s e-communication systems including but not limited to email, digital signage, mobile banking.

Plans, develops, executes, and manages BayCoast Bank and its affiliates’ digital marketing tactics across all digital devices and mediums.

This includes but is not limited to websites, mobile apps, social media, blogs, email campaigns, banner advertising, internal and external branch screens.

• Collaborates with marketing team to develop emails for all lines of business ing on key metrics and utilizing best practices.
• Creates and manages content for website, mobile platforms, social media, and blogs, including writing, editing, and proofreading copy and works with bank subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with banking regulations.
• Collaborates with those responsible for each line of business and each of the affiliates to support their marketing efforts that relate to digital marketing.
• Works collaboratively with the entire Marketing Team to provide support that helps contribute to higher levels of revenue for the organization.
• Works with the Compliance Department to ensure that the organization is always in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Represents the organization in a positive way by volunteering to assist community organizations.
• Adhere to the organization’s confidentiality policy and safeguards customer information.
• Embraces the Bank’s mission statement and core values.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree with 7 years or more of relevant experience. Knowledge of Salesforce, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, GA4, and Marketing Cloud highly preferred.

Digital creative and copywriting skills are a plus. Effective communication (verbal, written, and oral presentation) skills, strong project management skills and social media management skills are essential.

Adept technical skills, strategic thinker and able to see big picture.
