Senior Corporate Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners at BAYADA Home Health Care build the internal leadership pipeline and office talent pool fueling company growth. Along with day-to-day recruiting, our Sr. Recruiters/TAPs serve as strategic partners to our internal stakeholders.

Your work will span the entirety of the talent journey, from job posting to evaluation, selection, and offer negotiation. You will attract the best people by fostering engagement, interaction, and a positive experience for all applicants at all levels. As a result, you ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time for our Service Office roles.

  Compensation: Base salary $80,000 per year depending on qualifications and additional earning opportunities

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Own full cycle recruiting: hiring manager intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, diversity recruitment solutions, offer negotiation and more
• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
• Become a subject matter expert and trusted consultative advisor for key stakeholders (regional/divisional leaders, directors, and other hiring managers)
• Manage and influence stakeholder expectations on talent availability and what is needed to attract top talent by leveraging market analytics and timely candidate feedback
• Champion BAYADA’s commitment to the candidate experience and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while working to identity talent for open and future positions

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skillset):

• Exemplify characteristics of The BAYADA Way: Compassion, Excellence and Reliability
• Four (4) year college degree + minimum of two (2) years of professional recruiting experience (agency and/or corporate) preferred
• In lieu of a degree, 4 or more years recruiting experience would be considered
• Demonstrated recruiting success in varied markets within a fast-paced, high-touch, multi-location environment
• Effective communication and organizational capabilities with attention to detail and ability to think logically while working independently
• Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Effective relationship building skills to support, influence, and advise hiring managers to improve the quality of hires
• Commitment to creating an excellent candidate experience aligned with BAYADA’s core values, mission, and DEI strategy
• An individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships
• 
  Although remote, candidate must live in Mountain or Pacific time zone
