Bay State Search has teamed up with our client a multi-national, multi-billion dollar publicly traded Financial Services Company located in Boston, MA. We have been asked to identify a qualified Talent Acquisition Administrative Support Professional. This role is offering to work remotely but reports to the office located in Boston, MA.

Qualification Summary

· Work with a Team of 10-20 Recruiter in a support capacity

· Thrive in a High-Volume Environment

· Most of this job Is coordinating calendars and scheduling

· Must be Highly organized and capable of prioritizing

· Scheduling and managing interview logistics

· Calendar Management

· Strong Verbal, Written and Presentation Skills

Compensation Summary

$25.00 per hour
