Bay Area Community Resources Hiring for Teacher at Vallejo, CA Full Time

We are seeking a committed and passionate teacher with a dedication to children ages 0-5. Along with an ability to be flexible while working with people with different perspectives and backgrounds. A friendly, warm approach is essential in creating a welcoming environment. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team

Requirements

1 year of teaching experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree in health, human services or related field and experience may substitute (Early childhood credits a plus)

Ability to reliably commute to Vallejo

Commitment to directly serving the community and strengthening family bonds

Passionate about learning and early childhood youth development

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Ability to create lesson plans and a curriculum of activities for children 0 through 5 years old

Preferred: Able to practice open, clear, and consistent communication, commitment to participate in professional development.
