We are looking for professional, attentive and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and solving their problems using a comprehensive knowledge of our company’s products.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues with customers by telephone.
• Assemble and evaluate customer information in order to process changes to customer accounts.
• Handle customers’ questions and concerns over the phone and by email.
• Work with customer service specialists to resolve technical issues.
• Take calls from customers and walk them through the support process if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
