The Role: Talent Acquisition Manager – Australia and New Zealand
Reporting the Talent Acquisition Director, Asia Pacific you will lead all Talent Acquisition activities for the Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will hold accountability for managing key local HR stakeholders and senior business stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring quality orientated, efficient, and cost-effective talent acquisition delivery for ANZ. This will include leading, coaching and developing a small team high performing team of Talent Acquisition resources. In addition to this you will sit on the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leadership team and get involved in driving TA related projects for the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who has solid experience within a internal or RPO environment to work in our friendly and purpose driven team. Ideally you will have worked within a global organisation and have experience working within White-Collar and Blue-Collar recruiting environments. Previous experience within the healthcare, medical devices/technology or pharmaceutical sector will be highly desired.
