Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous cherchons à pourvoir un poste permanent de technicien, Unité de production Arestin (quart de travail de jour) pour notre usine de Laval.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Relevant du Superviseur, Production Arestin, le titulaire du poste effectue les ajustements, les modifications et la maintenance des différents équipements du service de l’Unité de production Arestin en respectant ou en améliorant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et les règles de Santé et Sécurité. Le titulaire peut à l’occasion effectuer le montage et le démontage des équipements lors des différents changements de lots. Le titulaire agira en tant que responsable et supervisera l’équipe lors d’absence du Superviseur de l’Unité de production Arestin.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

S’assure quotidiennement que les machines sont en bon état de fonctionnement et s’assure de leur entretien et correctif.

S’implique dans l’amélioration continue des équipements et procédures du département tant au niveau de sa participation au projet de réduction du temps de montage, des séances de travail d’équipe, des modifications des équipements que dans l’implantation des recommandations générées.

Maintient à jour et développe si nécessaire de nouvelles procédures de montage et démontage et participe à la formation des employés travaillant sur les équipements.

Effectue, à l’occasion, les montages et démontages des équipements lors des différents changements de lots planifiés selon les procédures établies.

Se tient à jour sur la nouvelle technologie et les concepts reliés à son travail par sa participation à l’installation de nouveaux équipements en fournissant aux préposés le support lors de la mise en marche et de la période de rodage.

Respecte et/ou améliore les exigences des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et politiques en Santé-Sécurité et Environnement.

Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son superviseur.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEC en mécanique ou électromécanique ou DEP avec expérience pertinente (minimum 3 ans au sein d’une industrie pharmaceutique ou domaine connexe)

Connaissance du système métrique

Compréhension avancée de la mécanique

Forte aisance analytique

In the context of our current growth, we are seeking to fill a permanent position as Technician, Arestin Production Unit (day shift), based at the Laval plant.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Reporting to the Supervisor, Arestin Production, the incumbent performs adjustments, modifications and maintenance of the various service equipment of the Arestin Production Unit while complying with or improving Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Health and Safety rules. The incumbent, from time to time, may set up and take down equipment during different batch changes. The incumbent will act as the person responsible and supervise the team during the absence of the Supervisor of the Arestin Production Unit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures daily that the machines are in good working order and ensures their preventive and corrective maintenance.

Is involved in the continuous improvement of the department’s equipment and procedures through his/her participation in the setup time reduction project, teamwork sessions, equipment modifications and implementation of the recommendations generated.

Maintains up to date and, if necessary, develops new setup and takedown procedures and participates in training employees working on the equipment.

From time to time, sets up and takes down equipment during different scheduled batch changes according to the established procedures.

Stays up to date on the new technology and the concepts related to his/her work through his/her participation in the installation of new equipment, by providing support to the attendants during startup and the debugging period.

Complies with and/or improves the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Performs any other related task at his/her supervisor’s request.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma of College Studies (DCS/DEC) in Mechanics or Electromechanics or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) with relevant experience (minimum 3 years in a pharmaceutical industry or related field).

Knowledge of the metric system.

Advanced understanding of mechanics.

High comfort level in analytics.
