Baumgartner Custom Builders is a full-service general contractor performing general contracting, construction management, design/build, and pre-construction services. Baumgartner Custom Builders is located in Aspen, Colorado. Projects are focused on high-end residential and commercial Mountain Resort properties. The Company seeks an exceptional individual with a background in construction, and with motivation and drive to participate in helping take the company to the next level. In this key position you will work closely with the company principal to deliver prompt and qualitative administrative support as well as seamlessly complete day to day clerical tasks.
Requirements
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry in construction Mgt Platform, creating POs, Keeping the bids up to date on each job;
• Following up with the vendors and sub-contractors on daily basis activities;
• Prepare documents for permit package
• Sending out the emails to vendors for bidding on new projects;
• Perform general administrative duties such as typing, copying and scanning;
• Schedule meetings;
• Maintain electronic filing systems;

• Producing s for managers;

Job Skills & Abilities Guidelines:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to learn new a software
• Fluent English & Spanish Speaking;
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products;
• Broad understanding of construction industry;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong ability to multi-task;
• Ability to work and perform under deadlines;
• Functions effectively as part of a team;
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times;
• Dependability and ability to understand and follow directions;

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma required;
• AA Degree desired;
• 3+ years of related administrative experience.
• 1+ years of Construction office experience preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
