As HR Administrator, you’ll be working within the HR Central Operations Team to provide a professional and efficient generalist HR and payroll administration service to the company ensuring that our policies are supported by the appropriate documentation and systems.

Role Responsibility
Primary responsibilities
Log HR administration and payroll activities across our HRIS, payroll and filing systems, always striving for 100% accuracy
Work towards payroll deadlines laid out in our bespoke payroll calendar and accurately prepare paperwork to key in payroll windows
Keep employee files up to date with all relevant HR information, ensuring accuracy of information on file
With aid of templates, write contracts for new starters and letters for employee changes including promotions, maternity and flexible working confirmations and ensure signed copies are placed on file
Send out starter packs using DocuSign to ensure we are fully compliant with right to work documentation and support all new joiners and their line managers when onboarding
Support talent and recruitment with checking vacancies have been appropriately authorised, posting and sharing on social media
Monitoring sickness and escalating long-term/ frequent sickness to HR Advisor/HR Managers where appropriate
Monitoring any other long term absence such as Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave and adoption to provide full support to both employee and manager
Manage a central inbox by responding appropriately and accurately to employee queries to an SLA of 2 working days
Maintain a range of trackers including fixed term contracts, absence, flexible working, internal transfer, visa
Produce standard and ad hoc reports from our HRIS system
Arranging teams calls with managers and employees to discuss queries in a one to one approach
Maintain accurate business processes and to continue to educate relevant managers accordingly
Provide administrative support to wider HR team
Work collaboratively with HR Administration team to meet deadlines, prioritise work loads
Involvement and contribution of departmental projects, and any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
Calculate basic payroll data e.g. gross value of holiday pay, unpaid leave and KIT days via the salary calculator
Arrange advances for new starters who have missed payroll deadline and adhoc manual payments as requested with appropriate authorisation
Identify and prioritise payroll critical queries and work with payroll to prevent pay errors
