Battle River Implements Ltd. Hiring for Junior Sales Associate at Provost, AB Full Time
Department: Sales.
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager.
Purpose:
Responsibilities:
- Initiating & maintaining customer relationships.
- You will help customers meet their needs and participate in all aspects of customer service.
- Proposing & quoting equipment, used equipment evaluations, and deal completion.
- Equipment delivery, customer follow-up, customer events, etc.
- Promoting all monthly dealership promotions.
- Promoting and explaining the use of MyDealer.
- Assisting with Parts transfers, both store to store as well as dealer to dealer.
- Taking parts orders from the customer.
- Calling customers for direct marketing of any Parts/Service promotions that are currently being offered.
- Informing our customers of upcoming Aftermarket promotions, in keeping with our marketing calendar.
- Working with customers verifying & ensuring the accuracy of customer equipment lists.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Farming background is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
