Bath Planet Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Creve Coeur, IL Full Time

Perfect Choice Exteriors/Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling and home improvement industry. Due to our amazing growth, Perfect Choice Exteriors is actively searching for a “Rockstar” Customer Service Representative for our Creve Couer, IL office. The preferred candidate will join our winning team of professionals and earn a substantial income while making a positive impact to assist homeowners and team members with their improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners and business associates.
• Direct calls as needed.
• Make outgoing calls.
• Handle homeowner’s questions and objections.
• Obtain homeowner’s information including names and addresses phone numbers etc. and input it into the system.
• Set or receive appointments over the telephone and designate them to the appointment department.
• Contact homeowners to follow up on project and finance interaction.
• Notate customers’ accounts in MS and CRM programs with complete notes.

This is an in-office position at our location in Creve Coeur IL.

Full-Time Position:

• Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (one hour lunch)

We offer fringe benefits, as well as, competitive pay. Salary/Hourly pay is to be determined upon interview and experience has been reviewed.
