• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:
