ing to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for our Canadian and US stores. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will conduct recruiting and interviewing activities according to the mandates assigned to him/her. He/she will develop a pool of high quality potential candidates through innovative recruitment strategies.

The position is remote, but an office presence may be required for team activities in the Springfield, TN plant, training, or collaboration on certain projects (once a month). Candidates should live within a driveable distance of our Springfield, TN manufacturing plant. If you prefer to work from the office or in a hybrid environment, it’s your choice!

What is the ideal profile for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years in a similar role
• Good understanding of recruitment in a retail context
• Customer oriented approach
• Fluency in English is required as the employee will be working with employees in the United States.
• CHRP member (an asset)
• Experience with ATS (an asset)

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, what will your responsibilities be?

• Conduct the full cycle of the recruitment process;
• Analyze job requirements to determine the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to prepare job postings;
• Post jobs and ensure proper organization of resumes received;
• Build a pool of qualified talents by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships in social and professional networks to attract and identify the best candidates (talent pipeline);
• Participate in various networking activities and visibility events;
• Evaluate applications from various recruitment sources;
• Conduct phone and/or in-person interviews
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients by presenting them with the best candidates and providing prompt follow-ups;
• Enter and maintain candidate information in real time in the applicant tracking system;
• Create, enhance, and prepare various documents necessary to hire candidates;
• Conduct onboarding or integration sessions for new employees and update integration programs, as needed;
• Be involved in various projects of continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in place;
• Participate in the development and implementation of various special or corporate projects.
