Role Overview

This is a perfect role for a social specialist who thrives on opportunity and wants an environment where they can contribute to incredible client work, while growing and developing in a supportive team.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive wanting to take a step up, with experience in paid media as well as content creation. You will be fantastic at account management and working in a team environment, overseeing a range of brands’ social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You will work as part of a specialist social media team alongside a group of communications professionals, collaborating with others to develop, maintain and execute content and paid media campaigns that drive results. Clients would include some of the world’s biggest technology, gaming, retail and lifestyle brands, plus broader brands shared across our national team.

What You’ll Do

• Create social content calendars for clients and campaigns
• Draft social media playbooks for a range of brands
• Produce regular insightful s for clients across owned and paid
• Manage paid social media spend on campaigns, including budget tracking and monitoring
• Liaise with clients and build relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Attend WIP meetings, write agendas and take notes
• Community manage client channels in alignment with brand tone of voice
• Present social media performance results to clients, insights and key learnings
• Propose content ideas, considering consumer and industry trends
• Asset production management utilising external third parties such as videographers

What You Bring

• At least 3 years social media experience managing and creating content across the primary social media channels Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or related area
• A confident communicator, able to craft high quality, impactful content, understanding how social integrates with a wider comms mix
• Experience in analysing s to draw insights, learnings, evaluate content performance and campaign optimisation tactics
• Ability to understand strategically what content works on social and how to best tell consumer stories through social media
• Client service skills to build and strengthen relationships
