Bass Eye Care Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler at Fort Worth, TX Full Time

We are looking for a personable, upbeat and reliable Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors and working closely with the booking team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar customer service position and possess an interest in customer service and an eye for details.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and walk them to their scheduled appointments.
• Be friendly, courteous, and respectful toward clients, patients, and staff members.
• Assist clients in scheduling new appointments or rescheduling an existing appointment.
• Greet and direct visitors to members of staff.
• Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Use a computer system to process client information to schedule appointments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
