The Service BDC representative takes incoming and outgoing calls to customers based on needs such as recalls and past due scheduled maintenance. You will be setting service appointments for customers for our Service Advisors.

Individuals with experience in hospitality, bartending, insurance sales, call centers, and retail have a high rate of success in this role.

Location: Now accepting applications for all 10 locations!

Compensation: $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume)

Schedule: Full Time: Five-day work week- No weekends!

BDC Representative-Scheduling Job Duties and qualifications::

• Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
• Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
• Set appointments, following up with any “no show” guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments.
• Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
• Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
• Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
