About the role

The Talent Acquisition team are growing their services and portfolios, and as such are seeking experienced recruitment specialists who are innovative and strategic in their approach to work. This team of 6, is part of the wider organisational Development team of 20, which sits within a large People and Culture Directorate based at University Hospital, Geelong.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate recruitment activities for the Public Health Unit (PHU) and Immunisation Project (including Admin, COVID Marshall Pool and Contact Tracer recruitment) such as assisting with organising and booking interviews and assessment centres, facilitating assessment centres & new starter appointments, and generating contracts.
• Assist with PD creations for new PHU roles liaising with the workforce relations team.
• Key talent acquisition lead in the Immunisation Program Steering Committee.
• Mange variations and contracts for temporary administration PHU roles.
• Assist with the administration support and recruitment at all COVID clinics during peak times (Torquay and BHN) when required
• Assisting the Casual Pool Administration Coordinator during COVID rapid response work including directing any recruitment, deployment, onboarding, training, invoicing, and reporting

In this position you will have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week depending on priorities of the team.
