Part of a Team

The Medical Workforce team is embedded within the People and Culture Directorate of Barwon Health and is a high functioning small team who oversees the Human Resources functions for all Medical Staff in the organisation.

The People and Culture Directorate is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Work Health and Safety.

About the Role

The Medical Workforce Coordinator position will play a vital role within the Medical Workforce Team.

You will join the Senior Medical Staff team and will be responsible for providing a service to a portfolio

Your key functions will include but are not limited to the below;

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Contract, Variation, Private Practice agreement generation
• Facilitation of Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Support with the Credentialing of Senior Medical Staff
• Facilitation of Payments inclusive of leave, on-call, recall and overtime
• Support in Project Development and Implementation
• Compliance Administration & Reporting
• Coordination of Skilled Migration

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is excited to bring new ideas and processes to the Medical Workforce Team.

Experience in recruitment, onboarding and contract generation would be highly advantageous.

• Salary per hour: $37.68 plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging
• Employment Status: Full Time Permanent (80 Hours) inclusive of Rostered Day off per four week period.
• Days per week: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 05:00pm
