The Team
Our Insurance & Health department is headed up by 30 well-respected principals across six states. The group is recognised throughout the insurance industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic Administration Assistant with 0-3 years’ experience to join our Sydney office preferably on a full-time basis. The Administration Assistant position is a junior role and involves a range of administrative duties to support the team including:

• data entry;
• file management such as opening/closing files and electronic filing;
• scanning mail;
• printing;
• filing;
• photocopying;
• preparation and collating briefs;
• assisting in preparation of monthly matter s;
• administrative matters involving Personal Injury Commission Portal; and
• assisting with administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Candidate:

This role will suit a candidate with the following:

• a recent school leaver or business student with a keen interest in an administration career within the legal industry;
• someone with an enthusiastic, proactive and mature approach; and
• a team player who is keen to learn.

The successful candidate will receive hands on training from the team with the aim of progressing to a Personal Assistant position.
