HR Business Partner – West Midlands – 12 month FT Contract. £37.5 – 41k. Hybrid working – home base/client location

A great opportunity to join a lovely public sector organisation for maternity cover for an HR generalist Business Partner post.

The key responsibilities are:
Supporting and driving the HR strategies
Delivery of customer-focused HR service
Providing advice to managers
Overseeing complex employee relations casework
Developing HR policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of business partnering
Strong knowledge of employment law
CIPD or degree equivalent
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to produce reports and evaluate data
Commercial understanding
Ability to work strategically
Fantastic customer service skills
