Role Overview:
A Talent Acquisition Consultant’s role is to handle the internal hiring needs of a company. Their role requires them to outreach and source candidates who have the correct skills and attributes that specific teams within the company are looking for. A TA Consultant must be able to build rapport with candidates over the phone and asses and guide them through the interview process.

recruitment consultancy with UK offices in Surrey, West Sussex, Manchester, and
Essex and 160+ consultants worldwide. The Talent Acquisition function is responsible
for growing each office from entry-level to Board-level appointments.
The team have grown the UK divisions by 64.5% since the start of 2020. We work
toward a 30% growth target year-on-year. Due to the recent opening of our brand
new Manchester branch, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to facilitate
the business’ mission to become the largest and most successful Pharmaceutical
recruitment firm on the planet.
Our TA function:
The expectations of the Talent Acquisition function have increased dramatically
in recent years. A company-wide hiring restructure has been implemented, which
took the business from hiring entry-level sixth-form leavers and graduates to
exclusively sourcing experienced recruitment consultants and proactive salespeople.
The company now hosts a variety of recruitment professionals from backgrounds
including education, tech, oil & gas and finance recruitment, as well as consultants
who have joined from a range of local recruitment firms.
Talent Acquisition is more than just hiring. The function is responsible for promoting
the company brand, networking with senior professionals across all recruitment
sectors, producing engaging content, and cultivating a culture which maintains the
