A leading Global Medical Device Company is seeking to hire a Head of Supply Chain Manager, who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless operations.

They play a crucial role in strategic planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with other departments to understand demand forecasts and ensure alignment with production and procurement plans.

Supplier Management:

Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of the supply chain.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the supply chain department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree may be preferred.

Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategic planning and process optimization.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of relevant software and technologies for supply chain management.
