We offer a competitive wage, plus a quarterly paid bonus. The quarterly bonus payments have been equivalent to an approximate average of 25% of annual base pay (based on the last five years of data).

Hybrid remote work option available after initial training period.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit Experienced Class A CDL Drivers
• Responsible for inbound/outbound contacts for internet site leads/applications, and database recruiter applications
• Qualify all incoming leads

Education and Experience

• High School Education required
• Some College preferred
• Sales Experience required
