The HR team are based across our offices including Cheltenham, Bristol, Birmingham and Amersham. It provides a full HR service to the Firm encompassing Total Reward, Employee Experience & Engagement, Organisational Development & Talent, Resourcing and Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Due to the continued growth of the business and our commitment to expanding our Early Careers recruitment programme, we have created a new role within our Resourcing and Talent Aquisition team. The Resourcing Assistant – Early Careers will support the delivery of apprenticeships, graduate programmes and our summer internship scheme.
This is a permanent role and will be worked under our SmartWorking framework where the successful candidate will be able to share time between their base office and home – getting the best of both worlds. Ideally, this person will be based from Cheltenham but we would also consider Bristol.
