Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be the Associate HRBP for the Royal Free Hospital Business unit. Your role will be to provide across the newly created divisions. As part of the role, you will play a key part in providing HR services of a high quality and that are client focused.
You will also work closely with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on a variety of projects, staff engagement, organisational design and consultation and policy and process harmonisation.
