Midlands ETS has an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Tutor to help deliver our Study Programme and 2nd Chance Programme, based in Smiths Wood/North Solihull. Midlands ETS works with 16 to 24 year olds that are not in education, employment or training on a number of programmes. Our tutor will support with delivering employability and also sourcing work placement for young people whilst on programme.

All projects work with young people in a variety of ways with the ultimate aim of them progressing into sustainable employment, further education or training.

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

• Passion of working with young people to help them progress into employment or further education.
• Appropriate Teaching Qualification
• Previous experience of delivering Employability
• Experience of sourcing work placements
• Creative and use their own initiative to tailor one to one or group work sessions
• Experience of being responsible for their own case loads
• Experience of working with young people who can exhibit testing behaviour
