Barley’s Brewing Co Hiring for Kitchen Manager Full Time

Help oversee daily operations of the Barley’s Brewing Company kitchen, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, training, banquets, line execution, and sanitation.

• Must possess excellent multi-tasking prowess and have a fine attention to detail with cleanliness, food dating/labeling, portioning, food time/temperatures, and organization of both food & dry stock * Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively on a daily basis with front and back of house staff as well as upper management * Must be willing to work weekends and evenings * Delegation, communication, and leadership are key to ensure each shift runs smoothly * Focus on food quality and labor control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
