Barker Ryan Stewart currently has a Marketing Coordinator position available in our Sydney office based at Norwest Business Park.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely within the marketing team and proactively oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Barker Ryan Stewart’s marketing strategy and brand awareness.

Barker Ryan Stewart is a growing company with office locations currently in Sydney, Central Coast, the Hunter, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, and South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide input into and assist in developing the company’s marketing strategy.
• Coordinate the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy.
• Oversee, maintain, and create content, including a range of website copy and blogs for the company’s website.
• Oversee and create content for the company’s social media accounts.
• Undertake website and social media analytic reviews.
• Create newsletter campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent companywide brand image across promotional and communication collateral.
• Assist with the preparation of tenders and submissions.
• Prepare, coordinate, and collate award submissions.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, design, media and/or marketing, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing a social media presence (LinkedIn).
• Good working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva and Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
