What will you do?

• Manage and continually improve our Microsoft Windows server environment
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain, secure and upgrade services
• Provide an escalation point for areas of responsibility.
• Participate in projects to design, configure, and transition new services into operational status
• Delivering a high standard of customer service to colleagues across the business
• Balance and co-ordinate workload efficiently based on existing Organisational Level Agreements.
• Management of backup services and safeguarding data
• Maintaining SQL Application Servers (patching, installing, configuring only) in alignment with DBA teams.
• Maintaining IIS (patching, installing, configuring) in alignment with development teams.
• Office 365 administration
• Track emerging technologies and implement them in the organization
