About the role
Bark is looking for a Talent Partner (Recruiter) to join our team and help scale the business from its current size of 130 to its next stage and beyond. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, finding and hiring first-class talent for our Tech and Product areas of the business (Engineering, Devops, Product & Design). Your work and hires will be a massive contributing factor in Bark’s growth so you’ll be working closely with the founders as well as senior management to deliver results. It will be a challenging, yet extremely rewarding, role which is why Bark’s looking for a driven, passionate and talented individual to strategise and deliver first-class results.

Responsibilities*

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in partnership with hiring managers across the technology, development and product teams

• Find, excite and engage passive candidates using innovative methods

• Cultivate a constant pipeline of industry leading talent

• Use data to influence stakeholders and key decision makers

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them

• Articulate Bark’s mission and core values in ways that resonate with each particular candidate

• Work closely with hiring managers to lead negotiation and drive the offer process

• Champion an amazing candidate experience

• Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers

• Utilize our ATS to store, manage and engage your talent pools

Required skills*

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment (with 1+ at a recruitment agency)

• Experience recruiting into consumer facing businesses

• Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates

• Strong networking skills and an existing network of best in class technology candidates

• Target driven with experience of volume recruitment and managing multiple roles concurrently

• Heavy working knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter

• Savvy at spotting strong technical aptitude and identifying leading candidates

• Extremely personable with a natural ability to inspire and excite

• A self-starter who is extremely driven and ambitious

• Meticulously organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Passionate about technology and a natural curiosity to learn more about the roles you recruit for

• Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
