Bargo & Associates Hiring for Biliingual Account Manager – Insurance Full Time

East End Insurance Agency has an immediate need for a Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to work closely with the Producers, CSRs and Underwriters so the candidate must be a team player.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is the first point of contact for service and duties include but are not limited to: endorsements, answering underwriting requests, renewing policies including surplus lines, renewal proposals, answering billing questions, audit disputes, and processing cancellations/re-instatements, and rounding out and up-selling accounts; all while maintaining an upbeat attitude for a positive work environment.

Requirements – Applicants Must:

· Have a valid KY Property & Casualty license

· Have at least 3 years of Commercial Account Management experience

· Be ethical, professional, intelligent, personable, highly motivated, energetic, and responsible

Possess the following skills:

· Critical thinking

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to multi-task

· Organization

· Have strong computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and management systems

· Team player attitude

Our Preferred Candidate will have:

· Knowledge of Applied/EPIC

· Experience with Erie, Travelers, Donegal, Hanover and The Hartford’s management and quoting system

· Designations such as CIC or CISR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
