Barghausen Consulting Engineers Hiring for Civil Design Engineer Full Time

We are looking for a driven and hard-working Civil Design Engineer to join our team!

Pay is DOE: $35-$47+/hr

Civil Design Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges
• Preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, s, and other project documents
• Coordination with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit application
• Preparation of grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards
• Perform detailed and complex calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
• Preparation of detailed technical s and project presentation materials
• Assist project engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within project budgets
• Attend project meetings

Civil Design Engineer Job Requirements:

• 1-4+ years of experience in site development design
• Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• A desire and/or ability to work in teams to accomplish shared goals
• Self-motivated with the ability and desire to deliver excellent client service
