About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer the role will expose the right applicant to all areas of finance and accounting across Australia, USA and Europe, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with reporting of Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets for Australian and International Divisions.
  • Responsible for all International tax payments
  • Ensure all International Customers pay their obligations in a prompt and timely manner that minimizes bad debts (Accounts Receivable)
  • Ensure all international suppliers are paid on a timely basis (Accounts Payable)
  • Gross Margin Analysis and Stock Reporting
  • Assist in Payroll Administration
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations with signed Expense Reports

About You You possess the following experience and attributes:

  • Excellent communication and personal skills
  • Professional, organised, logical and efficient manner
  • Good skills in Word and Excel including typing speed.
  • Ideally studying towards your CPA/CA Qualification
  • Curious and questioning attitude, wanting to learn
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Flexible and able to manage change, with a tendency to want to create and improve systems and processes
