Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled candidate that can make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company. The ideal applicant will be flexible, a quick learner, and able to apply critical thinking to a wide range of challenges.

Duties:

• Assisting in answering emails, texts, and phone calls from clients with inquiries
• Monitoring technicians in the field, and assisting in dynamic routing and problem solving
• Data entry, demonstrating the highest speed and accuracy
• Running and keeping track of measurables at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
• acilitating scheduling between our centralized routing system and our clients
• Record, analyze, and interpret GPS data from fleet vehicles

Job Details:

• Pay starts at $16 to $19 per hour, based on experience
• Benefits: Inquire with Human Resources
• Hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Weekends and evenings may be required during the “busy season”
• Our office is in south Austin, near the “Y” in Oak Hill
