As part of this mission, we’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to join the team and help us scale – and we’d love you to consider joining the mission.

So what is the role, exactly?

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Executive to support the growth of Bare’s brand and sub-brands in Australia.

ing to our VP Marketing, your responsibility will be focused on content creation with a specific focus on increasing awareness of Bare across social media.

Practically, your day-to-day would involve:

• Developing a social strategy to grow social accounts across a range of our brands, with a strong focus on Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Developing strong brand briefs and managing freelancers and agencies to develop content capture plans across a range of our key projects, such as our testimonial video program
• Support for VP Marketing in the delivery of our brand marketing campaigns and podcasts

Ok, sounds great. Who are you looking for?

We’d love you to have:

• Strong experience managing and growing social media accounts, with a specific focus on LinkedIn and TikTok
• Experiencing managing and building a brand, bonus points if within a small start-up or scale-up environment
• Experience managing agencies and freelancers
• Experience in a small team or startup environment
• Strong drive, flexibility and desire to learn

Interstate travel may also be required for this role.
