As a Barclays, Talent Coach you will be responsible for providing Programme Support for all allocated cohorts ensuring consistency of experience across all Programmatic channels including pre-joining, on-Programme and post programme. This will include working in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition sub-services; Executive; Programmatic; Professional, Policy, Standards and Governance to ensure Talent Acquisition services are being delivered against the strategy.

What will you be doing?
• Providing Programme Support for all allocated cohorts ensuring consistency of experience across all Programmatic channels

- Maintaining programme data accurately and compliantly to provide relevant analysis and MI as required
- Engaging with training providers/Colleges and Universities to ensure all training provision is delivered to consistent high standards for allocated cohorts
- Owning communications and make sure that both stakeholders and Line Managers understand key messages, and business updates
- Ensuring all relevant safeguarding protocol are in place and followed appropriately.
- Supporting Programme Delivery activities as required
What we’re looking for:
• Detailed knowledge of the policies and processes aligned to programmatic and ability to manage adherence to controls

- Problem solving capability and solution focused
- Experienced in coaching others and holding effective development conversations
- Able to lead difficult conversation and provide clear evidenced based feedback to team, cohorts and line managers
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge and experience in using HR databases/reporting tools

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data management skills
- Ability to prioritise and effectively balance the needs of team and cohorts
