As a Barclays Kofax Developer, this is an exciting opportunity as you will provide specialist technical development capabilities and analysis for the Smart Process Applications (SPA) team and its clients within the Barclays. The DMS SPA team develops and utilizes automation software to enhance business processes. DMS SPA is responsible for managing capture, extraction, storage and retrieval of Barclays documents.

What you’ll be doing?
• Understanding Business Analysis techniques and standard practices. Specialist technical development and configuration management, Kofax Total Agility are priority responsibilities

  • Delivering technical projects utilising Agile methodology and techniques
  • Ensuring that all technical deliveries are aligned with the group technology standards, working closely with the DMA aligned Architect
  • Working within large projects to deliver new and upgraded systems, incorporating both software applications and associated technical infrastructure
  • Working closely with project teams and business areas to understand objectives and requirements, and to agree the scope and deliverables of technical solutions
  • Influencing others and facilitating delivery of technical change as part of smaller releases and should possess the skills necessary to take ownership of delivery and work independently

What we’re looking for:
• Certified Kofax developer

  • Have an expert level knowledge of Kofax software specifically Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax Total Agility
  • Have an expert knowledge and experience of Document management systems
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge of .Net or Java

  • Familiarity with API Development
