As a Barclays Fixed Income eTrading Credit BA/PM you will be managing the delivery of critical projects for the Credit Electronic Fixed Income and Currencies business focused on the rollout of Strategic Electronic Trading initiatives for Cash and Derivatives trading. You will be working closely with key Front, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to obtain comprehensive business requirements and involved in budgeting and financial forecasting.

What will you be doing?
• You will be project managing a variety of projects for credit electronic trading, from inception through to delivery
• You will be project managing a variety of projects for credit electronic trading, from inception through to delivery
- Ensuring exceptional governance over the projects and project documentation, including project planning, business requirements, process flow diagrams and managing project status reporting
- Using Jira for project tracking and reporting as and when required
- Writing detailed business and integration requirements documents using the Confluence, Wiki, Jira based documentation approach aligned with an Agile development methodology
- Creating detailed Graphical User Interface mock-ups and other visual requirements to be presented alongside user requirements to development teams and key stakeholders
- Obtaining formal sign-off of business requirements from all key project stakeholders and ensuring traceability throughout the development cycle as requirements evolve
- Working actively and closely with software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified in the documentation
- Participating in software development staff planning as they write detailed functional and design specifications to govern field, message, and user interface level details
What we’re looking for:

- Proven ability to influence and manage across multiple teams and regions to deliver complex projects
- Ability to write high quality Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specs that are clear and concise enough for both traders and developers to follow
- Knowledge of electronic trading protocols and market structure

- Experience in agile project delivery and associated tools, such as JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint
- Background in software development a plus
