This role is broken into the following areas:

• Customer service (Phone Email Website)
• Business Analysis and Development
• General Office Duties
• Managing Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)

The responsibilities and tasks that you will be required to carry out include, but are not limited to:

• First contact phone calls
• First contact emails
• Management of website (enquiries and orders)
• Manage social media through Facebook and Instagram.
• Identify new business opportunities in specific markets.
• Convert prospective clients to purchasing customers.
• Have strong Cold Calling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.50-$28.71 per hour
