Barber National Institute Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Erie, PA Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a passion for day to day recruiting and directly manage the process and resources for all openings company-wide across all locations as well as partner with our marketing team to strengthen and promote our employment brands, leverage our Careers website, and manage other external relationships critical to recruitment initiatives. Provides direct supervision and mentoring of the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager:

• Acts as a champion for our employment brand across the organization by creating opportunities to engage newly hired team members to learn how to best promote the Company as an exciting place to work and to utilize employees as talent and recruitment advocates.
• Identify and develop with marketing team social media hiring and employment branding campaigns. Ensure content for our BNI Careers Page and Breezy ATS landing page maximizes candidate engagement.
• Develops and/or provides and coordinates training for all leaders on all talent acquisition tools, interviewing and selection.
• Maximize Breezy ATS by implementing all efficiencies of the system including managing integrations with applicable vendors, as appropriate.
• Where applicable, builds new, or modifies existing, candidate selection workflows (CSW) and onboarding processes to provide a better candidate/applicant experience, as well as a more efficient internal system and hiring manager user experience.
• Develop/enhance metrics and provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting; create meaningful dashboards that measure the effectiveness of the TA team and processes
• Ensure Breezy ATS houses current job descriptions for all positions and work with leaders to refresh job descriptions as needed, create new descriptions in conjunction with assigned HR leaders.
• Enhance prescreening questionnaires and develop interview guides as needed.
• Identify and implement additional sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of tools and resources to reach qualified candidates for open positions.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide support for recruiting events (i.e.- career fairs, recruiting conferences, networking events)
• Serve as primary recruiter for all Associate Director and above leadership openings.

Qualifications of Talent Acquisition Manager:

Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably HR, Communication, Management, or similar field

Proven success and progression in the Talent Acquisition field, with 5 years

minimum experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing recruitment staff preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and experience working within and leveraging Applicant

Tracking Systems a must – Breezy ATS experience a plus.
