The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a passion for day to day recruiting and directly manage the process and resources for all openings company-wide across all locations as well as partner with our marketing team to strengthen and promote our employment brands, leverage our Careers website, and manage other external relationships critical to recruitment initiatives. Provides direct supervision and mentoring of the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications of Talent Acquisition Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably HR, Communication, Management, or similar field
Proven success and progression in the Talent Acquisition field, with 5 years
minimum experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing recruitment staff preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and experience working within and leveraging Applicant
Tracking Systems a must – Breezy ATS experience a plus.
