Bar W Guest Ranch Hiring for Ranch Maintenance at Whitefish, Montana Full Time

The Bar W Guest Ranch is nestled in a beautiful valley between mountains in Whitefish, Montana. Come be part of the Bar W Family! We have onsite housing and meals included as part of your compensation. Local housing and rent is very expensive but you get to live and eat at the ranch at no cost. Pay starts at $14 to $16 per hour for our regular maintenance staff and we are hiring full time for this position. 

We also need an assistant maintenance manager. Pay is $18-20 for the assistant maintenance position.

Maintenance skills we are looking for are include the ability to work on trucks and trailers, drive a stick shift truck to do snow plowing, operate tractors and skid steers, have some basic carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other handy man skills. Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects, work well with others, and possess skills in using various tools. 

We have a close family culture in which our staff like to eat together and hang out as a family. There are lots of winter attractions like skiing, snowboarding, snow mobiles, ice-skating, cross country skiing, hiking, and more.
