Bar NI Ranch Hiring for Sous Chef at Weston, Colorado Full Time

This position provides home-cooked meals to ranch guests and staff on a daily basis with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.  We are not necessarily looking for a professional chef but a qualified individual that can confidently serve a meal to 30-40 people without direct supervision.  This person will have the opportunity to do some baking, meat curing, and other farm-to-table duties in addition to providing home-cooked comfort-style meals. We tolerate zero drama and only want individuals that have a positive, easy-going personality as part of our kitchen team. This position will be under the direction of the head chef.  Early mornings, late nights, and weekend shifts are common with this position.

Compensation includes salary (DOE), share of tips, season end bonus, shared housing (NO PETS PLEASE) and meals.
