Our Technology & Digital team is revolutionizing how patients seek and receive care. Be at the forefront of changing the delivery of healthcare for our patients as a Recruiter for our Technology & Digital division. In this role you are responsible for recruiting a diverse range of positions from senior leadership to backend engineers and architects. Support this team as they focus on using technology, digital and data to simply and streamline customer interactions and improve the customer experience at Baptist Health South Florida.

Within the T&D space our areas of focus for recruiting will include:

Acts as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leader, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill, leadership and other positions as assigned. Builds both active and passive candidates pools/pipelines using cost-effective and efficient sourcing techniques such as internet searches, cold calls, networking, social media, college recruiting, etc. Proven ability to produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media. Coordinates and leads scoping sessions for difficult to fill positions and creates job specifications for marketing purposes. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. Follows through with the employment process as defined by policy.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 3 years experience as a full life cycle recruiter required. Experience recruiting in technology and digital space required.

In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases and cold calling is a must. Experience with applicant tracking systems required. Strong Boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience, previous sourcing experience in supporting multi functions and business units and strong social media sourcing experience required. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned. Project management skills required. Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to details. Advanced level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs.’
