The Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with Leaders and Hiring Mangers to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment, and on-boarding of talent, enabling Baptist Care SA to fulfill its strategic objectives. Responsibly will include implementing and managing a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen Baptist Care SA brand and to drive applications as well as to identify, engage and attract talent in the market by employing a range of proactive sourcing methods.

This role also leads and provides coaching support to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator’s ensuring they have the necessary support, mentoring and training to deliver the Talent Acquisition team objectives.

The person

It is evident when speaking about your recruitment experience that you are passionate about being a leader of a Talent Acquisition function. You have a proactive nature with a commercial approach to ensure pragmatic solutions are delivered to the hiring managers and the organisation as a whole. You are self-motivated, resilient and have a willingness to question the status quo. You will possess:

• Demonstrated understanding of varied candidate attraction/ sourcing methodologies including contemporary social media use.
• Well-developed understanding of selection methods and techniques and recruitment best practice.
• Project management and volume hiring experience.
• Passion for customer service with advanced relationship management and influencing skills.

Specific employment requirements

• A valid Department of Human Services Working with Children Check
• National Police Clearance
• Safe Environments for Children and Young People training (can be obtained in employment)
• Up to date vaccination status against Covid-19.
