POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product Owner, Mobility is part of the Digital plateform and omnichannel experience team and works closely with the Business Solutions Delivery team as well as with various business and IT specialits. The primary goal is to represent the customer (internal users and clients) to the Business Solutions Delivery team. He or she plays a role of product owner and will act as the guardien of the product vision and roadmap, in line with, the global mobility program and corporate strategy He or she understands, analyses, refines, prioritizes and communicates needs so that the Business Solutions Delivery team fully understands the product evolution requirements.

The Product Owner uses a data-driven and user-centric approach in the development of the initiatives assigned to them.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

• Act as the guardien of the product vision and roadmap supporting the overall mobility strategy.

• Keep its product backlog up to date and prioritize its initiatives according to business value

• Be the voice of the customer in the Business Solutions Delivery team and ensure the team maintains a cohesive product vision in a flexible and fast-paced Agile product development model.

• Lead collaboration and co-facilitate co-creation workshops as well as sprint activities

• Work closely with a cross functional team to ensure the right customer problem is solved

• Define acceptance criteria that are clear and testable.

• Provide leadership and creativity around innovation in service models.

• Analyze mobile data and other, trends and other ing analytics to uncover areas for improvements and opportunities.

• Keep abreast of developments, trends and best practices, as well as learning designs, tools, approaches and technologies in order to make insightful recommendations for improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, commerce or equivalent

• A minimum of 3 years’ in a role of product owner in a software development environment.

• Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO I), an asset

• Practical experience in agile development (Scrum, Kanban), an asset

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, information architecture, visual design, functional specifications, technical specifications, test case and execution, and also release management.

• Ability to adapt to changing environment

• Ability to work with cross functional teams and to build relationships and partner with stakeholders of all levels within the organization

• Bilingual, verbal and written in both official languages (English & French)
