Bannister Honda is currently looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven person to be our Sales Business Development Coordinator.
What the day of Sales BDC looks like:

• Making outbound calls to the Bannister Honda’s current client base to:
• Notify customers when automotive leases are due
• Inform customers of vehicle promotions
• Follow-up customer calls to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase and buying experience

What will help you be successful:
This is a fast-paced job. It would be a good fit for someone comfortable with multi-tasking, and committed to providing outstanding customer service to Bannister Honda’s clients.

• Sales experience with the necessary skills needed to address customer hesitation and uncertainty
• Well developed customer service and telephone skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
• High school diploma
• Knowledge of software systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email systems
• Previous Customer service experience
