Do Work That Matters
Our focus is on people who either own a home or aspire to own a home. We are looking for engineers who want to bring an amazing customer experience to those people, and we have the team and backing to make it a reality.
With a focus on the Home Buying customer journey, you will be embedded into a cross functional squad that is self-managing with end-to-end responsibility for designing, delivering, and optimising a specific customer-focused outcome. We want to remove friction from the home owning journey, and we believe your creativity and innovation can make it happen.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience developing applications with the Java Stack such as Core-Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot or Scala.
- Experience in developing software as part of a team.
- Understanding of microservice architecture and API design patterns.
- Able to interpret and create API documentation.
- Critical thinking mindset and a sense of accountability for product delivery.
It’s Great, But Not Required If You Have
- Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, MSSQL and Oracle DBs
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues involving multiple system components
